At urbandwellers, shipping and handling charges are based on the value of your order. But that’s only the beginning. In order to meet your unique needs and protection of your new investment, urbandwellers offers three unique delivery options: flat, u're room and u're view.
Deliveries to the United States and Canada

flat offers delivery right to your front door in any United States and Canada location (if the destination is an apartment or multi-unit building, the order will not be left at the door. A signature is required for all deliveries). The typical delivery window is 3–10 business days from the day your order is shipped. flat Delivery does not include assembly or unpacking. Deliveries are made Monday–Saturday. FedEx Home delivers Tuesday through Saturday and do not schedule appointments. Delivery appointments, if applicable, are made for a four-hour window usually from 9am to 1pm or 1pm to 5pm.
u're room is available for an extra $99 and offers the same shipping window and services included in our flat Delivery service, but brought in and placed in your u're room (this comes standard for all water feature and stor™ clients). We recommend this service to customers in apartments, multi-unit buildings or offices. u're room Delivery does not include opening, assembly or removal of packing materials. It also does not include moving of existing items. (limited to parts of Colorado at the moment)
u're view service is available for an extra charge of $299. The larger your order cost, the lower the percentage. It includes a delivery appointment, inside delivery, assembly and placement in u're room and removal of all packing materials. The delivery window for u're view Delivery service is typically 2–3 weeks from the day your order is placed. The delivery appointment is made for a four-hour window Monday through Friday; a majority of the delivery windows are sMST 8am–noon, noon–4pm or 4pm–8pm. Due to size, weight or fragility, we recommend the use of u're view Delivery service for flo™, stor™, and other select items (noted in their product descriptions). Deliveries requiring cranes or removal of windows are available but subject to additional charges. (limited to parts of Colorado at the moment)
Expedited Shipping We also offer Expedited Shipping on in-stock items, for a percentage of your total order size. Expedited orders will be delivered as the flat Delivery service. u're room and u're view delivery services are not offered for expedited orders. In-stock collection items ordered by 12pm (MST) Monday–Friday, will leave our showroom in 1-2 business days. In-stock items ordered after 12pm (MST) on Friday, or over the weekend, or on a holiday, will ship on Monday or Tuesday.
Shipping to Canada
Expedited delivery is not available for shipments to Canada. These shipping charges include freight, duties, broker and clearance fees.
